INAUGURATION
Official opening ceremony. Welcome address, chief guest introduction, lamp lighting, and the formal declaration of Incognito 2026. All participants and faculty expected to attend.

Three operations launch simultaneously. Report to your assigned venue. Event coordinators will brief participants before rounds begin.
